Naiade Resorts Ltd was founded in 1987. The Company was admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius in November 2005 and is mainly Mauritian owned, with more than 2,100 shareholders at 31st August 2008.
Naiade Resorts owns and/or manages 10 operations in the Indian Ocean, namely:
In Mauritius
- Beau Rivage (5*luxe) and its 12 luxury villas on the East coast, at Belle Mare
- Legends (5*) at Grand Gaube, in the North
- Les Pavillons (5*) at Le Morne on the South West coast
- Tamassa (4*) at Bel Ombre on the South West coast
- Merville Beach (3*+) in Grand Bay, North coast
- Le Tropical (3*), on the East Coast at Trou d’Eau Douce
- Ile des deux cocos – private island with 1 villa at Blue Bay on the South East coast
In Reunion
- Les Villas du Lagon (4*) – will be completing its renovation and extension by March 2009
- Les Villas du Recif (3*)
